Refund policy
1. Monthly Premium subscription
Premium is a monthly subscription. It renews every month until you cancel it.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel anytime from your Account. Your Premium access continues until the end of the period you already paid for; nothing renews after that.
3. No refunds for partial months
We do not refund partial months. After you cancel, you keep Premium until the paid period ends.
4. Special cases
If something went wrong with a payment, write to hello@orenay.cn and we will look at your case.
5. Purchases through Paddle
On orenay.eu, orenay.co, orenay.lat and orenay.asia, card payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. If you are a consumer, you keep any statutory withdrawal rights under Paddle's Buyer Terms.
